I ma having this white cream like discharge from both the eyes towards ears side only. Apart from this there are no other problems with my eyes. This is happening from so long. What this could be

Respected Sir/Madam My father suffering from eye problem such as itching, rhemour form, readiness , burning in left eye. He has done pheco lens operation in 2012 and laser cleaning of eyes in 2017. In meantime, only some eyedrops are suggested but it not really help. So, I would request you to suggest advice for the problem which are mentioned above.
