I washed my eye but still feeling the sensation of object in my right eye. But there is nothing as my friend looked into it. Happening for 8 hrs now. I have cried a lot just before it happened. How can i get relief.

I was diagnosed with glaucoma 3 years ago. I had SLT done in both eyes, after which my IOP droped from around 25 to around 19. I am still on medication for lowering my eye pressure. Will this medication continue for lifelong, and what are the ways of managing it efficiently?

Inner corner of my eyes feels dry. I can feel air from fan hitting this area. This does not go away even after putting artificial tears. This area burn for a minute. After that the problem continues.
