Your eye power is due to your eye anatomy.  It cannot be changed with diet or exercise.  Light rays are falling in front of retina.    So we will adjust those rays to fall on the retina by using lens either in the form of spectacles or the contact lens.  If u don't want to use them... U can go for refractive surgery like lasik... But go for surgery only after u attain stable power for last one year. Till then u can manage with contact lens if u don't like glasses or vice-versa.

Minus number at your age is a common problem. Nothing to worry about. Inorder to have a clear vision , you must use glasses / contact lenses of appropriate power as advised by your eye doctor. The minus number at this age cannot be reduced . However regular use of glasses will help you get clear vision and help avoid problems like eye strain, headache . Also have a healthy balanced diet that includes green leafy vegetables. In the long run the antioxidants present in the diet will help prevent other eye related problems.
Next Steps
Regular eye check to check for eye refraction ( any changes in the power of glasses and eye number )

Vision should be great after correction with glasses or contact lenses. If u mean sustained good vision, then eye hygiene, balanced diet and proper digital use is advisable. If u mean improving vision without glasses, well thats only possible with a correction- either glasses contact lenses or a laser correction. Hope this helps.
