Wavy lines in vision with headache
Hi, Often while strenuous reading or while trying to turn on the TV (Blue Screen), there is suddenly a flash or wavy vision that lasts for sometime before it goes away. I have a mild headache. The period between these occurrences have been over a month and just twice. It's been a while the spectacles have been changed too. What could be the cause? Thanks

Ma'am the presentation is pointing towards Migraine but need further information regarding if any association of the headache to bright light, loud noise, skipped meals, whether it's relieved by sleep or if it's more after you wake up. The aura of waviness or flash is typical of Classic Migraine.
Next Steps
Meet any nearby Ophthalmologist for detailed anterior segment and dilated Retina examination and Neurophysician to rule out other causes of such presentation.

Do you have migraine issues? Flashes with headache are signs of classical migraine. Better get yourself evaluated from an ophthalmologist before planning the course of treatment.
