Headache while reading
It's been 8 to 10 years using spectacles,I do go for regular check up but still when i start reading a mild headache start my eyes feel heavy and after stop reading within 10 min it gets better.can it be due to some neuro related problem.

Apart from the above suggestions, can start with lubricating eyedrops 4 to 5 times a day both eyes

The most likely cause could be change in your refractive error, which could be subtle enough not to be detected on routine examination. You need to get a proper dilated examination, followed by retinoscopy and a post mydriatic test in order to get a perfect prescription of glasses. There may also be other causes of headache, which need to be ruled out by a physician.
