Is it possible to improve your eye vision only with the help of eye exercises, diet and care naturally. I have eyes of -5sphere and -1 cylinderical. I am going to 18 in few days.

My father feels hez developing cateract in one eye. But we are not sure. We are worried to take them to hospital for eyecheck. How do we go ahead. Can eyetest be done at home how to confirm what exactly is the problem

CYL=-0.25,axis=5 in right eye.cyl=-0.5,axis=170 in left eye. If I wear glasses this power can be increased or decreased.My age is 25.Can I go for Lasik or prk because i don't want to wear glasses.

Today I went for my eye check up after a long break like more than a year. My power has increased  and it is -6 and -5.25 . I went to a retina specialist and they said that I have stretch marks in my left eye and there is no hole in it. When asked about any medicine they said not required  . Is this stretch marks in eye normal or serious?? . Do I need any medicine??

Hi, I have delivered 3 months back and breastfeeding. I have consulted an Ophthalmologist and scheduled a lasik eye surgery after all the necessary tests. The doctor has checked and ensured my present sight is same as the sight of the soectacles i'm using. I just wanted a second opinion on if there will be any side effects for breastfeeding mothers with lasik surgery. Please suggest. Thanks.
