If i am having power of - .25 in my both eyes,should i need to wear eyeglasses regularly for it. Or it can be cured by diet

I am diagnosed with CSR condition around 5 months ago. I regularly go to gym and work out - push ups, bench press, Squats, biceps etc involving weight. some doctors suggested that it is due to stress and asked me to stop work out as it will harm the condition. Some other doctors suggested that I can do anything to reduce stress and I can go to gym and work out. Can some retina Specialist guide me please? Ok

I need a second opinion on the attached diagnosis. The doctor says I have cataract in both eyes. Also, wanted to know what would be the charges for the operation if surgery has to be done.

Hi.. I have myopia with high power and I wanted to do laser treatment to correct the vision. I have consulted two doctors. One doctor diagnosed that I have some weak spots in retina , so he suggested me to do laser procedure for retina first and then go with lasik treatment. But the other suggested me to do SMILE procedure for correcting vision and he didn't check the retina Heath. What should I do now??

Based on my latest checkup, I got the following readings Left eye: spherical -1, cylindrical -0.75 Right eye: spherical -1.25, cylindrical -0.75 Vision:6/6 in both eyes Based on this, is it ok if I use contact lens in both eyes with spherical power of -1.50

My husband is having painless lump on his eyelid (both up and down) for last 2-3 months. It's neither decreasing nor increasing, not causing any discomfort also. What can be the probable cause and what's the solution to this. Please help.
