A cow hit my left eye with horn while I was feeding her on 27 jan 2021 around 6.30 am. I visited hospital, they checked and find things ok, and prescribed a gel and two eye drops for 7 days. And asked to revisit after a week. I visited private doctor next day (28th ) . My vision from left eye is blur as of now. (1) What can I do to ensure full recovery .

3.any advice besides medicine to heal or comfort the wound.

this is a bullgore injury. Please visit an oculoplastic eye surgeon to evaluate the entire extent of injury. From the picture it looks serious. you need to know if the globe is intact and also do dilated retinal examination at the bare minimum.
