Respected Doctor's I have attached my Mom's OCT Scan Report Age:52,Doctor gave Nevonac eye drops and one vitamin tablet as a course of treatment but told there is no big issues. Still they didn't gave the report summary in text(Written format) so can you please check this OCT report and tell is everything alright.Still my mom is having floaters in Right eye so I just wanted to reconfirm whats the issue. Awaiting your replies 🙏🙏

The report shows a central serous chorioretinipathy in the right eye. Continue with the treatment given.

Hi.. It is CSR..some fluid in the retina ...treatment is ok..wait n watch.  Make sure , she is not on steroid treatment for anything else in body. Avoid stress, maintain lifestyle, good sleep, exercise etc.

This looks like Central Serous retinopathy. There  is a fluid collection in the central portion of the retina. Usually this resolves on it's own over a period of 1 to 3 months and so the preferred treatment is to wait and watch. Please continue with the eyedrop and the tablet as prescribed.
