  4. OCT Reports. Why so? what am i missing?

OCT Reports
These are my OCT reports, it shows drusen..but  a profound doctor said "it will not hammer my vision in future, my eye is healthy". I searched Google and it says otherwise that this is macular degeneration and my centre vision will go in 8 to 10 years, but the doctor said otherwise after checking my eyes, Why so ? What am i missing ?

The OCT reports mainly show mild RPE alterations and are not classically drusen. Hence probably the doctor has told you not to worey There are many things that can happen to the eye in the future, not just macular Degeneration. MILD RPE alterations or drusen are normal, and progress extremely slowly Worrying about it, solves no issue. I'd recommend the following Try to keep your body healthy Stop smoking or chewing tobacco Avoid alcohol Take supplements Get regular exercise Avoid stress Kindly get an online consultation to address all your concerns
