Ptosis surgery done on 27th

Asked for Female, 2 Years

My daughter underwent ptosis surgery on 27th. Till yesterday she opened eyes widely . Today on 4th day post surgery she is unable to lift eye lid like past three days what might be the reason my surgeon says not to worry and asked to wait for next 5 days.1st pic on 2nd day of surgery 2nd one 4th day

Swelling of eyelid can happen after surgery, and that can cause a temporary ptosis like condition. If your surgeon has examined her ,and asked you to wait..,then it is mostly fluid accumulation/swelling, which will resolve.
