When blinking keeping one eye covered, staring at the wall in dim light does anyone notice cracks in peripheral vision? What can it be.. Can dry eyes cause it?

Blurring during rapid motion of eyes.
Is it normal to have blurring when eyes are moved rapidly from one side to another? It feels like tear is moving along with eyes.
When eyes are not in motion, I don't have any issues.

I'm scared.
I was recently diagnosed with lattice and a hole in my right eye. Doctor has suggested me to do laser barrage which I'm considering to do in next few days.
I'm a student and I need a study a lot.

Vision problem
Find light dark spot in right eye for last two days..now it's ok.check with doctor. My power for right eye is -5.50 DS 6/6 ADD+1.00 DS N6, Left eye -6.0. Dr said that look like right eye blood vessels are seems to thicker that left eye.
