Which multifocal eye lens brand is the best for a cataract surgery and approximately how much does the lens cost for one eye?

I'm 19 years Old.I'm having some doubts and I have observed something so just wanted an explanation.I started wearing specs 2 months back with a Prescription of cylindrical power only of -0.5D in Right Eye and -0.25D in Left Eye.I had gone for a second consultation with another doctor the very next day after my first prescription and I was given -0.75D cylindrical power only for each Eye.However, I am wearing the first prescription only. I had dry eyes and I still have them so I am using Teardrops and Patanjali Drishti Eyedrops.Now since past 3-4 days,I am having a little issues.I have a little headache sometimes around the temple region of my eyebrows when I am wearing specs. It goes away when I remove specs.Sometimes I have headache when I'm not wearing specs and wearing them removes the headache. I have a constant burning sensation too. Now without specs my eyes seem to be closing, with specs I have a little headache. And if I don't wear specs will the number increase? Kindly Help.

Is it safe to take esctialopram which is an ssri for someone who is a glaucoma suspect ( eye pressures on borderline high side but no optic nerve damage yet). Will esctialopram affect angles of the eye or eye pressure in a negative way. Some psychiatric medicines can do that, not all. So I want to know regarding esctialopram (Lexapro).

My eyes have been flicking for 1 month. Too much. I have come very far from it. And there is no problem, only flicking. Please give me some suggestions.

May be I have myopia because I feeling Day by day my vision is going to blur I have to consult with ophthalmologist and eye check up
