I am doing night shift and I'm a software engineer so have to work in from of screen. I have pain  between bow bone and crease very often now a days. I use eye drop normo tears. Please help

Hello Doctor,Myself Prabhu,I've been suffering from dilated pupil(adie's pupil)in my right eye for the past 1year and due to that my vision is getting blurred and comes to normal while i am changing my focus on an object.I consulted with both opthalmologist and neurologist at arvind eye hospital, they did eye vision test and asked me to took MRI scan,no abnormalities were found.so they told it will be cured later and they didn't prescribed any medicines.still i am having that problem so kindly suggest me a proper treatment and medicine and how long i have to take,in order to cure my eye issue.
