Double Vision and left side headache
My mom age 48, and weight 65kgs is suffering from Double vision. It's been 4 years she is having such a problem. As soon as she started to experience it we took her to an eye specialist and there nothing was discovered. We thought double vision was caused due to migrane. Recently she started to have headache on the left side of her head. It's a poking kind of headache. We took her to a neurologist he told that her right eye is paralyzed and prescribed two medication. Out of the two medication one was zefcort 30 which the doctor told her to consume 2 tabs together in the lunch time. She's also started to take bp medication, it's amolodipine. Now the problem is I am scared as to why the doctor told to take her 2 zefcort 30 at once... And the other people is her headache sometimes disappears and again reappears. Double vision is always there. Please can anybody help me with it. And please let me know your suggestions...

Perhaps the muscle paralysis had been missed by the first eye specialist . The double vision or Diplopia is most likely due to the muscle paralysis . If it is long standing the steroid tablets are unlikely to help . She AMG benefit from muscle surgery or BOtOx injection to the non paralyzed muscle .
