Blurry vision sometimes
Someone my vision gets blurry while studying and have a 10+ hr of screen time
It's morning today and my vision is little blur too and squeezing my eyes makes it normal for sometime..
Can I use Rosewater in my eyes? Or suggest me any eye drop with no side effects?

Hi,
while working on computer, every 20 minutes, take a 20 second break and look at a distant object 20 feet away.
Please get your eyes examined by local ophthalmologist for glass number.
You can use antireflective/ blue coated lens glasses while using computer.
Rose water should not be put inside eye. Instead you can use Eye drop teardrops 4 times a day for 1 month.
