Eye redness on both eyes can refresh tear drops and genteal eye drop be used together for the purpose need suggestion

Hello, I hav mild headache from past 3-4 weeks. Consulted many genaral physicians but no improvement. 2 days ago I consulted neurologist and he asked me to get the mri of the brain. The report shows some pathology in optic nerve and it is suggested to do a fundoscopy. I just got relex smile surgery done 2 months ago and I had gone for post ops for 2 months last week. The doc checked and told my eyes have healed properly. Now I am confused and scared as what is happening. Should I again get the eye checkup done from different opthalmologist. Or it might be a false alarm. Please suggest

There is red dot in my eye but no pain and irritation there and it got slightly bigger in the morning

It's been 2 month since i got my lasik,doctor didn't inform me about what is a squint that's in my left eye, risks related and what should i expect from my vision if you have such eye condition. No special test were done to know that the surgery may increase the angle of squint not even the angle of squint./I have n number of floaters in both the eye Instead of getting improved vision it's getting worst and when i confronted my doctor that surgery is done without informed consent he says "aapko tho aisa hi dekhega and your ratina is thin"/number left in my Right eye.25 cyl at axis110 that to other doctor told me when i complained about seeing blur and dull with one eye not the surgeon/Even during the surgery they placed the lens in right eye after performing surgery in my left eye&told to close eyes with pressure twice,the lenses were not prepared beforehand there was a long halt due to that/is my brain ignoring vision from right eye so my left eye is squinting more?
