Optic neuritis
Had dilated eye exam with indirect opthalmoscope and also eye pressure test. Results were normal. But my left eye still sees slightly darker shade of colors as compared to right eye. I am using most recent prescription glasses.
If there was an issue with my optic nerve, would it be detected in the eye exam that was done ?

If your dilated fundus examination was normal then nothing to worry.
Since you have same complaint kindly do color vision test and fields in nearby ophthal ophthalmologist.
