High eye pressure is definitely not good for your eyes as your optic nerve will start to get damage if your eye pressure remains high...please seek proper offline consultation for regulating eye pressure as it can be controlled only by medications....you cannot control eye pressure with diet

High eye pressure means Glaucoma.It is usually genetical or some times due to infections like uveitis or sometimes after some surgical procedures like cataract and others.It needs proper evaluation by an ophthalmologist and needs immediate medical attention to regulate it without fail.If ignored it may leads loss of vision from periphery to central over a period of time.
