Case- I have to work in front of computer for a very long time(almost all day).
Now my question is
1. Can computer screen cause lazy eye and crossed eye?
If yes,how to prevent it?
2. I already have glasses with (-1) power in right eye(left=0).
How to prevent increasing eye power?
3. I already heard about 20/20/20 rule . But I found it difficult to follow because of work pressure.
Is there any alternative for that?

4.Do not sit in front of air conditioner
5.Take Adequate break in between
6.computer screen should be 16-30inches away
