I'm high myopic. My glass power is -20 D. I also have snail track degeneration. I'm now 22 years old.through which surgery i can remove my spectacles permanently?

Hi, Please consult local ophthalmologist who will examine your eyes completely and do a couple of tests and then suggest which refractive surgery is appropriate for your eyes.
