I am a 40-year-old and have recently noticed that when I wake up from sleep or a short afternoon nap with out glasses, my vision appears yellowish for a few seconds before returning to normal. I wear prescription glasses with -2.25/-2.50 lenses. What could be the cause of this temporary yellow-tinted vision upon waking?

Hi. My baby is a preterm born at 33 + Gestastional weeks. We did the ROP test when she was 4 weeks old (37 weeks 4 days). Doctor diagnosis is LE - Anterior zone 2 stage 1 no plus RE - Anterior zone 2 stage 2 no plus. The doctor asked for follow up after 2 weeks. Is this concerning? Will it resolve automatically? What precautions do we need to take? Please help.

I am diagnosed with hypertention and have grade 2 hypertension retinopathy. Can you see my eye exam result and tell me about my eye health and what does that crosses in both eyes represent and is my hypertension retinopathy remain controlled or not . Or about my future as I have such disease at a young age.

My son had allergic conjunctivitis, opthalmologist suggested moxipen lp eye drop and nst eye drop. Both drops 4 times a day. In 2 days his eyes are fine. In the prescription it is not mentioned for how many days we have to use eye drops. Now we can stop eye drops or like antibiotics it's having time period to stop the medicine??

I got eye floaters 2 weeks ago. I went to a doctor and he checked up my retina and told everything fine also done a OCT and it was also normal. But everyday I am noticing my floater is increasing in size and portraying a bit larger shadow and it is getting difficult for me and I again consulted the doctor and he told me there is nothing to do with this problem, you have to used to with this. This statement cannot be helpful or peaceful for any patient with any problem. She explain me all the details about vitreous degeneration but told me no treatment is there available. My ongoing medication is mentioned below : 1) Nepalact Z ( One drop three times for 3 months ) 2) Softvisc eye drops ( One drop three times for 3 months ) 3) vitreon tablet ( one tablet per day for one month ) I am continuing with this medication for two weeks but not seeing any results rather the problem is increasing as the size of the floater is getting larger I feel. Please tell me should I continue the medication

Hi dr...am 28 years old women...having both spherical and cylinderical power...checking buying glasses and not using it...now for the past 20 days ..having severe eye pain and headache...even after seeing mobile for 2 mins...before I used to watch movies a lot with lond duration...now I can't see mobile for 2 mins...is this normal??? Will this cure If I wear my glasses constantly...am worried because I'm going to IT work next month...resuming my job after 5 years...please guide me dr...am having dry eyes also...using lubrication drops also...

My Uncle Daughter has redness in both eyes from last many years. So when she went to ophthalmologist, So that Doctor said to her , after marriage your eyes redness will be cure on its own . So at this time me and my uncle Daughter was laughing. So is it true her eyes redness will go away after married ? If yes So What kind eyes disease is this ? How it will be cure on its own after married ? And why this kind eye problems have no treatment before married ?

While driving bike during night caterpillar hairs white part and eyebal doctors suggest drops so that hair should come on superficial level but hair didn't came on superficial level so now they are suggesting eye wash i but there is side effect of it what is tat eye wash wat do please suggest its heavily paining and poking in eye

My one eye is bigger than the other eye. I have attached the photograph for reference. Any procedure  which can correct this.
