My 3 ye old daughter is having infection since yesterday.. doctor advised refresh eye drops . Its better but still there and second eye also started to have infection and white discharge.. kindly advise what could be the reason for the same

It could be viral conjunctivitis. Continue refresh tears eye drops in both eyes. If the severity increases or if there is swelling of eye lids or any blurred vision, consult your eye doctor
