My baby is 9 months old.She has been scratching her eyes frequently.. Redness and swelling are there. Doc advised L pred for 1 month. Can it be used for such a long time?

I think you should go for the plain antibiotic eye drop . Though the L pred is a mild steroid for scratches we just go for the antibiotic and lubricants drop . I think you better to stop L pred .. use e/d tobastar 4 times a day..
