Is retinal lattice degeneration is always progressive in nature? My age is 30 plus and I have no symptoms Should I worry about this ?

Lattices are the in actual weak part over retina.. its always not in progressive nature.. if you are having minus glasses and the refraction is increasing then it have concern.. Regular eye check up is required. You can kindly connect for detailed discussion
