Rheum discharge for last 4 days left eye. No pain. Slight discomfort as lower lid is slightly swollen. Continuous discharge. Traveling so need help.

Should I be worried about my myopia of -3.0 Diopters in both eyes as i read online that It leads to increase in the risk of diseases like myopic maculopathy, retinal detachment, cataract and glucoma. And, can i decrease my axial length with proper diet and exercise.

I have a myopia of -3.0 Diopters in both eyes, my myopia began when I was 16 years old, now I am 31 years old. How to know if the myopia I have is axial myopia ( occurs due to eyeball being long) or refractive myopia ( occurs due to cornea) ?
