Hello, i have developed small transparent growth on conjunctiva(sclera white part)of the eye. It is painless, no burning. But irritation and feels like debris in eye everytime. Wat is it?

Hello doctors, I've started using contact lens past few months. I usually wear it for 3-4 hrs ans remove it. Recently I started wearing it for almost 10-11hrs and I had to use PC for more than 6 hrs. I noticed that while using PC when I have my contact lens on, it causes irritation sometimes and the vision goes blur. This happens only when I see PC/mobile. I have different power on both the eyes. Right eye(SPH is -0.75, CYL is -0.50, Axis is 90) Left eye( SPH is -1.00, CYL is -0 50, Axis is 60) Currently using monthly disposable Bausch+lomb softlens(hilafilcon B). Please advise on what is the cause of this blurness and what shall I do to avoid it. And if there are any lens brand u can suggest for use.
