Eye field of view
Left eye difficulty in converging and i feel field of view is more in left eye than right eye. Basic tests done but nothing found. Definitely co-ordinating issue i can say. don't know how to express more than this but definitely problem is there in left eye and right eye is completely fine. How to express this to doctor, how to diagnose this problem, i am not understanding. Please help

Convergence Insufficiency (CI) is characterized by a decreased ability to converge the eyes and maintain binocular fusion while focusing on a near target.

do pencil push up exercise for 10 min in morning with spectacle convergence exercise Avoid rubbing Maintain hygiene Blink more Drink water adequately Cold compression Cold water lavage Follow rule of 20- Means after 20 min of work ,take rest for 20 sec and look at 20feet distance Reduce brightness of the screen Away from AC Airflow Use lubricant drop- refresh liquigel Wear glasses outside Take nuts for essential fatty acids (Omega 3) Avoid second hand smoke May need physical consultation for thorough slit lamp examination
