U have not mentioned the time..since you are having this watering..the watering in the eyes can be due to multiple reasons..that includes due to excessive use of digital media as mobile or laptop or other ocular diseases. Watering in one eye only can occur in some ocular diseases as dacrocystitis and few other conditions..so it's proper Evaluation is required to manage it.
Next Steps
u should consult ur nearby ophthalmologist for the same or consult online if not able to go out due to lockdown..hope u find it useful..

If no redness/discharge/pain/change in vision and if you’ve been spending many hours using any electronic screen it’s likely to be dryness of the eyes. If any of the above symptoms are present then it could be an infection in which case you should consult with your local ophthalmologist. In mumbai you may contact our center - Arete Clinics for more help.
Next Steps
Use artificial tears eye drops (generic name CarboxyMethlCellulose - CMC 1%) eye drops 4 times per day in both eyes available over the counter at local pharmacy. If redness pain discharge or decrease in vision please consult with qualified ophthalmologist urgently.
