I have recently gone for eye check up and found that I have cylindrical power -1 in left eye and 0.75 in right eye. I was suggested to wear spectacles. Should I wear it always or only during screen time? Is it astigmatiasm and Can it be cured?

Hi, my uncle is around 60+ year and is diabetic for a long time and has a heart issue ( had an attack few years ago) his vision is getting blurry and recently found a blood dot in the pupil which bothers in vision. Please suggest what treatment he will have to undergo this, can this condition be improved? Our concern is with existing other medical condition how this treatment needs to be attempted?

I have inflammation in one eye with a lot of clouds and black floaters. Doctors are saying there is no reason and treatment for this.Currently I am using Megabrom drops. I have no systematic illness. Will my eye heal in future or should I not be hopeful?

Hi, Few days back my father's biometry of left eye has been done for catract operation. As per the report Left eye cylindrical Power is:   - 0.85 D @ 74° For which cylindrical Power we need to use or we can use Toric lence for catract ? I think he has cylindrical Power. Could you please tell toric monofocal lens required or not in this situation? Can we use toric lens for catract operation for this case? I have heard that problem May arise if use torric lens are issues related glares , less sharp vision at night, ghost images, halos .  Are this correct? please  provide your opinion

I recently got my eye prescription checked in 2 different hospitals within a gap of 15 days. Surprisingly both gave me different prescriptions, First hospital - Right eye: -6.5 spherical with -1.0 cylindrical, 180 axis Left eye:  -7 spherical with -1.75 cylindrical, 180 axis Second hospital - Right eye: -7 spherical with -1 cylindrical, 180 axis Left eye: -7 spherical with -1.25 cylindrical, 175 Axis I am planning for Lasik but am confused because of this different prescriptions. Is Lasik completely dependent on these prescriptions, and will a wrong prescription results in under or over correction?

Hi, I don't have any infection in eyes. I know it's normal to have eye gunks in the morning, but sometimes mucus is build up in day time too. My marriage is fixed next month. It doesn't look good if we have eye gunks in eye in the day. Is there anything/any eye drop that i can use to avoid non infectious mucus in eye? i underwent lasik eye surgery 3 years back. Please suggest eye drop accordingly. Thanks
