If u have recently consulted ophthalmologist and got the power checked and also changed the glasses then wait and watch for a month
Next Steps
1.)if u have still problem u can go to spectacle shop and reassure ur powers and quality of the specs 2.) if u haven't checked ur power recently in past 6months to 1 yr then have a local check with ophthalmologist and change ur glasses
