Eye Care & Problems

I have allergic rhinoconjunctivitis for which i use olapat od on sos. I had used Gatilox dm in august 2022 for a week for eye infection due to allergy . I had to use lotepred ls for 1 month in tapered dose from mid october due to allergies in eye . Now i m using olapat od. Is it ok.

I have undergone LASIK surgery at age of 18 years that time my number was -6. After six month -0.5 number came and I went on increasing now I'm 29 and number is -4. Should I go again for laser surgery if tests permits. Is there any chances to number to come again after second surgery.

Please suggest the best catract lens for diabetic (Sugar) patients. Please tell me the difference between  catract lens used for normal patient and lens used for diabetic patients.

My doctor prescribed power as under Right Eye +2.25 spherical -1.50 cyl with axis 170 and left eye +2.75 spherical and -1.25 cyl with axis 10. But when I made spec giving above power, concerned company made spec with power as under Right Eye +2.25 spherical -1.50 cyl with axis 160 and left eye +2.75 spherical and -1.25 cyl with axis 180. Will change in axis will make any impact snd What should i do now. Shall i use same spec or get the power corrected.

Can scratches eye glasses cause eye strain even when not in use Please I need answers Am having eye strain for two days now even after using artificial tear drop

Is ICL is my only option, or are there any alternatives? I have -4 D Spherical  -2.5 Cylindrical in left eye and -8 D Spherical and -2 Cylindrical in right eye. My cornea thickness is 544 and 537 respectively. I've been advised ICL by my doctor. But I wanted to know if there are other options too, since I'm seeking a job in defence forces. Nerve between my left eyebrow and upper eyelid is twitching from many days..it is not continuous but having daily..PFA picture..there is no pain or forceful closing of eye.but can experience movement above eye..same eye had C3R surgery for keratoconus before 3 years..using HYADRY tear drops Getting good sleep..what could this be . If it is serious whom should I consult - neuro specialist/opthalmologist

From 5-6 days I am having redness in my right eye with some irrigation I am preparing for stenographer so have today give 2  hours daily typing on computers I use minus 0.75 spectacles in both eyes what I should do please guide me should I apply refresh dear eye drop for this
