Redness and pain in eye

Dear doctor, I am an engineering student. 9 days back, I was studying till early morning for an exam and I was sleep deprived. My eyes hurt and started watering. I have had spectacles since i was in 8 th std. The power was -0.25 on both the eyes and the axis was 180. Yhe spects were on and off till now. Recently i did an eye test for my self at the lenskart showroom. There i got to know that my power is the same but it had now become +0.25. Is this really possible?
