Want to avoid spectacles

Last year when I visited an ophthalmologist he prescribed me for a specs with -0.5 lenses. In april '15 he prescribed me specs with -1.0 lenses for both eyes. Now I think I need corrective lenses with more power. But I want to avoid specs. Is there any way to avoid specs? And also tell me how can I improve my eyesight.

Night blindness

Redness and pain in eye

Dear doctor, I am an engineering student. 9 days back, I was studying till early morning for an exam and I was sleep deprived. My eyes hurt and started watering. This continued even while giving the test. Later I saw that my right eye had turned blood red especially near the pupil and the blood vessels showed. Help.

I have had spectacles since i was in 8 th std. The power was -0.25 on both the eyes and the axis was 180. Yhe spects were on and off till now. Recently i did an eye test for my self at the lenskart showroom. There i got to know that my power is the same but it had now become +0.25. Is this really possible?

Head Ache all the time..

Feeling heat on face

I am feeling heat on face and because of this feel burning eyes. I went to see doctor and he suggested some blood and urine test. All reports are fine so doctor told me you don't have anything and don't think about it but I am not sure what to do becauae I am still feeling heat on my face. Can anyone help please?
