Cotract ---? Did you mean cataract ? Cataract is opacification of lens. There are many types of cataract yet the surgery is similar The types of surgery are SICS 6 to 7 mm incision PHACO 2.8 mm incision MICS 1.8 to 2.2 mm incision Apart from SICS ... other two methods are good. Imported or Indian lens doesn't matter provided you take an aspheric hydrophobic foldable lens. If you have any more queries ; please do follow up. Hope it helps :)
