I had a c3r surgery for right eye 9 days ago.. i want to know can i resume my gym now?.. my bandage lense was removed.

Hi sir/mam I'm a student preparing for cat 2016 exam. And I daily used to study overnight without having a sleep at night and in long sittings of generally 3_4 hrs. And due to all this irritation starts in my eyes several times with tears coming out resulting in acute redness sometimes. I have used rose water etc. but they even worsened the situation. How can I get relief from this??

I have done my lasik surgey 12 days before my question is that should i use zero number eyeglasses or it ok not to wear what i feel is that if go out or driving dust air would cum in contact with my eyes

Hi docs, half of my right eye is red for the past two weeks. it lessens at times n is more if I spend gym on laptop. I have a dust allergy m this happens at times wen I go on the bike without my specs.
