-5.25 right and -1.25 left eye vision, she was also having squint in right eye in the age of 4 now it much better using spec maximum time, Is there any way to improve vision and solve quint issue 100%

To improve vision she has to undergo amblyopia therapy at some ophthalmic centre and for squint you should get her eyes checked by squint specialist and let him decide whether to operate or not and when to operate.
