Your symptoms are a mixture of eye and neurological symptoms. Eye pain after working for long in front of computer can be due to computer vision syndrome. Dizziness and ears blocking look like neurological symptoms.
Next Steps
contact a neurologist. Get your BP also tested.
Health Tips
while working on a computer for long hours, take a break every 20 min for 20 seconds and look at a point 20 ft away. Rotate your head over your neck, look left and right, up and down. While working, your monitor screen should be at eye level so that neck is slightly extended while working.
