I have had blunt trauma to my rt eye .My rt eye pupil is still dilated reactive to light but remains much larger as compare to left. I cannot focus on nearby things. Is there any treatment for this.I heard about pupiloplasty (iris cerclage).Is it option for this or any other better.

Eyes are sagging
My eyes are sagging. The eyebrows are sagging over the eyes a bit and the eyes look ugly.
