So they suggested me that You can not do lasik operation because your cornea thickness is not enough , ideally it should be 500 micron and above So my question is , am i able to do lasik operation ? You are already 29 yrs old, you  should know that every body who don't not use eye glasses(zero power) use reading glasses at age of 40 yrs changing every two years till cataract surgery in old age,now comes to you ,how much power you are using, you haven't written, but you should know that-3to-4d power has lots of advantages in later life, you will  not have to use reading glasses after 40 yrs till old age.
Next Steps
-1 D myopia correction by LASIK or Smile lead to decrease in thickness of 35 micron, less than 300 micron is not good  for safety of the eyes ,it seems that you are using high power,so go for contact lens, don't go for ICL,it has got no long time  good track otherwise you will repent later on.All that glitters is not gold.
