Reduce eye power
Iam having eye power of Sph. -0.25 and Cyl. -0.5. Iam wearing spects since 1 year and the eye power has gradually increased. I work infront of computer nearly 8 hrs a day. How can i regain my natural eye sight ? Should i wear spects all the time, or only when it is required when looking at far off objects like during driving, lectures etc. Kindly advice and suggest suitable remedy. Thanks.

Your power is negligible, & there is no  importance of such small power in life ,sometimes small things gives more trouble ,please ignore it & don't care for it.Get your eye checked  up by experienced  ophthmologist (not optician or optometrist) & use eyeglasses as advised by ophthmologist, do use some lubricating eye drops which is must for computer professional (Refresh liquigel 4-5 times a day)
