If we r chaging the glass power so often
If we r chaging the glass power very oftenly【wearing between 2.5 to 1 point glasses 】 then can our eye height will be spoiled ? Because, a doctor who checked telling  my long sight  was only 1 point having given me  the  ultra vailet glasses  without checking me short sight which has been nearly 2.0 (left eye sight) 2.5(right eye sight ( normal glasses ) now days I'm using 2.5 power glasses for reading especially in mobiles but 1.0 sight power in the sun shine because those r ultraviolet looking good for me . Is it good for eyes to wear them charging eye power very frequently for multicultural purposes ? R should I stop to using various eye power glasses?
