I dropped luliconazole lotion in my eyes by mistake thinking that it was an eye drop , it stated stinging and caused irritation. Even after 4 hours my eyes are red and it is causing irritation . Should I be worried or it will get okay afterwards?

My son got his eyes tested. He is 5 years old. Right eye power (distant) +0.5 sph, -0.5 Cyl, axis 80, vision 6/9, Left eye power (distant) +0.5 sph, -0.75 cyl, axis 180, vision 6/9. I want to know what is the disease because of of which he got eye power? Does the power increases with time?
