I have a little bit dull sclera . So how can i make my sclera whiter ? Note:- i have no any disease including hepatitis and jaundice

I have eye power right -5 and left -4.50. I have a habit of lying on bed using phone since many years. Since few days eyes are burning a lot and I am feeling drowsiness in the day maybe due to the pain. I don't use specs while lying on bed. What should I do to stop the pain and break this habit.

Female 38 years old I went for an eye exam today and they did dilation with two drops. They said one is numbing solution and another one is dilation drops.  It's been 4 hours and I spit some mucus/saliva drip from the throat and it looks like color neon yellow. Not mucus think. Very liquid but color is neon yellow. I never seen this before and I have had eye exams before. Is this normal? I had that yellow color solution in my eye today for dilation. Is this drip from throat because of that? Color looks exactly like that neon yellow eye solution. No discharge from eyes. Only from throat.

I am done with my C3R surgery in right eye. How many days after the surgery fo I need to wear the black protective glasses?

My saliva is normal .but the throat mucus is yellow.

Visited an ophthalmologist a day ago for regular check up...he found out i have dull RP changes. These are his words on paper which he gave me. I am very confused as to what it is...and does it lead to blindness ? and if yes then in how many years it takes to reach that ? I don't have any symptoms... diagnosed with cataract 6 months ago, did not operate.
