Hi doctor, can you please review my pentacam report attached here and let me know what level of keratoconus do I have. Also, should I undergo C3R? Please help me with it. I am under immense stress after knowing this. Thanks

My brother has kertoconous his left eye vision with spax 6/12 and right eye 6/6 and k max is 58 d and right eye 55 d thickness 421 and 444 micron what he can possiblity of t cat laser or trek with c3r

My mother is having dandruff like flakes on her eye lids and lashes which is causing pain and continus tear from eyes as well as headaches. She is using PGVISC drops but its not getting better. Why is this happening? What should she do for this? I'll be very greatful for your answer

Hi Doctor, I am 26 yr old female. I was diagnosed with keratoconus in right eye in Feb 1st week 2023 and left eye was normal. We waited for 3 months as per doctor's advice and then had pentacam again in may 1st 2023. The pentacam report showed some progression in my right eye and doctor suggested to do C3R. While in my left eye, my left eye was stable as per pentacam report. But from March end to may 1st week, i.e a period of 1 month, there was sudden increase in my spherical power from -2 to -2.75 while the cylindrical power is still the same -1 in left. What could be the reason for sudden increase in spherical power in my normal left eye?

For my left eye, my spherical number was constant since 2021 till march 2023 , it was -2.00 but within 1 month , my left eye spherical  power has suddenly increased from -2 to -2.75. but cylinder power is constant. What can be the cause for sudden increase in spherical power in just 1 month? Can this sudden increase be because of increase load on left eye as right eye has keratoconus. Also, I was detected keratoconus in right eye in Feb and then I went through pentacam again after 3 months that ie may 1st week 2023. There is slight progression in my right eye but left eye seems to be stable as per pentacam. But left eye spherical power has suddenly increased. Idk why. Can you please help me with this?
