What should I do to protect my eyes? 3. Do I need to wear eyeglasses all the time & daily even if I stay indoors or only when I go outside? Thank u.

1. ONLY ARC lenses are sufficient. Use blue filter mode on screens. 2. Myopia generally stabilizes around age 18-21y, but may increase (mildly) by factors such as high amount of near work, excessive indoor work, and many other factors. 3. It would be ideal to wear glasses most of the time, especially in low light conditions or when there is distance work. Getting glasses for the first time raises a lot of questions. I urge you to get an online consultation to address all your concerns
