Sir i have myopia - 5 on both eyes
Sir, i have myopia -5 kn both eyes and astigmatism on both eyes and i have blue cut lens for daily use is it bad to use blue cut lens for daily use and i feel some headache some blurry images sometimes some dizziness help me out any tips on this

Blue cut is the best lens to use .. headache may be bcos of weak muscles .. Do convergence exercises
