Dietary recommendations to reduce the eye weakness is to Eat yellow leafy vegetables, Tomato, apple, oranges. Avoid continuous watching of screens (TV or computer). Wash your eyes frequently. Ask him to do YOGA also ( which will help very much). There is NO specific medicine for reducing the number. For more details visit and like our official facebook page www.facebook.com/ravieye NOTE : All of the above measures can only help to some extent, but as your child grows there are high chances of increasing the number ( mainly because of increasing size of the eyes in this period). So you should also consider some alternative medicine techniques ( like yoga ). The number tends to stabilise after 18 years. Also the number often tends to increase during periods of increased studies ( which requires long staring period) which can be avoided by frequent breaks, washing eyes thoroughly, and doing some eye exercises. Kindly continue using your glasses when needed (like studying, watching TV, etc.), as it will also help in stopping the further progression and will reduce eyestrain and headaches (if any).
