Your power is too small to need glasses, however if you feel good with them you can wear them.
Next Steps
If there are complaints like eye strain, headache, visit the doctor

Usually by 20-21 years of age the Spectacles power gets stabilized. So most probably their won't be any increase of power in you case. Yours is a very fine power. If you are not having any issues of frequent headaches, eye pain or blurring of vision then you can use it only when the need is there say for example while watching television, using Laptops/ Computers/ Mobile, driving etc. Rest of the time you can be Spectacles free. No Diet, Medications, Eyedrops or any exercise can get rid of the Spectacles power.
