Dry eyes pain black particul come out
Good evening
I have pain in my eyes . My eyes become dry . Black particul come out from eyes. I change 3 doctor in last 2-3 month . I go to doctor but he ignore my problem and give systane ultra eye drop .
Right now
Dry Black particul come out from eyes and pain in eyes . yesterday I had purchased this systane ultra eye drop and start using it only 2 time I have use it .
I am not feeling any much relief.
I am facing this issue from many months
Tell me what I do any home remedies you can suggest . I should keep using this eye drop or not I should do warm compress or cold compress.
I use high power glasses my power is -6-7
My phone screen time is 16 hour

Do you use kajal?
This black pigment can be due to kajal use
Otherwise one cannot tell without examining on slit lamp .
You need to get examined if the problem continues

Have to go schirmers test to detect the Thickness of tear film and them appropriate drops have to be given for relief, also need pictures with flash on.

Good afternoon ma'am
The black particles might be because of Kajal, eyeliner or any other beauty products. The other problem might be "dry eyes" because of more screen time. Also your minus power (myopia) is quite high
